- Will evoke to allow others to contact The Dead: $150 + $100 hourly rate for time (see General Fees above)
- Failure to manifest to client’s satisfaction is not grounds for a refund
- All participants including the legal owner of the space must sign hold harmless waivers prior to the commencement of the working
